Business Process Owner (Omnicare) (Rotterdam, The Netherlands)

For our PrimeServ Omnicare global headquarter located in the Netherlands, from where the entire 3rd party business of MAN PrimeServ Marine & Power is managed and coordinated, we are currently looking for an experienced Business Process Owner.

Your Tasks: 

• Support the global sales organization of PrimeServ Omnicare in developing and formulating fast, reliable and efficient quoting/ordering processes for third party equipment and spare parts
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of quoting/ordering processes with support from the global operations team in the Netherlands
• Drive the commercial implementation of the pricing configurators created by the team
• Where possible, integrate spare part offerings in existing global company quotation tools (internal and external web shop) and set up a workflow for an efficient interplay between Shipserv enquires and the local ERP system in Netherlands (SAP Business One) 
• In the initial phase, daily support in preparation and submission of various quotations for a comprehensive insight into the current processes and how these can be improved
• Act as the main point of contact for all PrimeServ Omnicare purchasing activities towards central strategic purchasing in Augsburg
• Active support for our local sales organizations in expanding our local suppliers network and implement efficient business processes 
• Develop and maintain a global database, covering supplier contacts, offerings, item numbers and purchase prices for equipment and spare parts of OEM’s as well as other regional and local sales distributors. 
• Develop contract templates, covering most relevant cooperation models to support the global service organization develop regional and local supplier cooperation with other OEM’s and sales distributors of third party equipment 

Who you are:  

• Bachelor / University degree (Business / Supply Chain) or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of Supply Chain/Operations, Business Process Design, Project Management or comparable in a technical organization
• Experience from a multi-brand trader/distributor is an advantage
• Strong intercultural competence 
• Experience of working with international customers and suppliers is an advantage
• Customer centric, service minded, entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and highly motivated with ability to focus on defined priorities
• Fluent in spoken and written English is required. Additional foreign language are advantageous
• Readiness to travel as required by business needs
